I always found it stupid to have a tattoo with the name of the person you love because you never know what’s going to happen next. In these cases, as the tattooed persons couldn’t remove their tattoo, they covered it with another one… Let’s see how it looks.   From ‘How to live with a huge penis’ to ‘What’s your poo telling you?’ – those books promise some funny reading ))  Because you can make a great artistic stuff with them. See how the American visual artist and composer Christian Marclay is doing it. Very creative and original, bravo!  Simple, original and cool!  Some are really cool and very tempting :)) Take a look, it might give you some ideas….  Whether it is Playboy, The New Yorker, Rolling Stones, Time Magazine, Life, The Economist, Wired…etc, all these covers were at a time a subject of controversy. And whatever were the reasons of the controversy, some of these covers sold lots of magazines and some were nothing but embarrassments… Take a look at this interesting but non exhaustive list inside the post. Time Magazine, April 8, 1966: Is God Dead? This cover has been called the most controversial of all time. The related article concerned the “death of god movement” that had sprung up in the 1960’s. The cover and article enraged readers.  Scientists have discovered a flesh-eating plant so big that it can swallow and devour a whole rat! This new species is called Nepenthes attenboroughii, it has been named after British nature expert Sir David Attenborugh. This plant, which is a member of the ‘pitcher’ family can grow more than 4-foot long. That’s actually one of the biggest carnivorous plants discovered yet. Those plants produce big ‘pitchers’ which are filled with water and they also secrete nectar that attracts insects and rodents. Once those poor creatures fall in, they cannot escape and end up drowning, and then, the acids and enzymes do their job. Generally, only the bones of the prey remain…  The famous 48-year-old Susan Boyle, Britain’s Got Talent 2009 favourite, made the cover of American Harper’s Bazaar magazine for August 2009. I must say they made a great makeover for the photo shoot and she looks good in her shinny dress. Judge by yourself looking at the pics after the jump.  Everyone can have their opinion of Jackson: good or not, but nobody can deny that he was a great man with great talent and now there will hardly be someone who can achieve what Michael Jackson did in terms of music, dance and vocals.
