Located in the Philippine Sea, and 222.7 miles (358 km) south of central Tokyo, Aogashima also has a village that is home to around 200 people. This volcanic island has erupted and even killed some of the islanders, but still people spend their lives there. Fishing and farming are some of the more common activities.

The sixty employees will help you find your way around the seventy-four acre island and the stunning white sand beaches and crystal blue tides.
This island was gifted to seven time Formula 1 champion Michael Schumacher by Dubai's Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. It is an absolutely gorgeous island that is estimated around 4,500,000 Euros.

Staffa, a name for pillar island, is an island of the Inner Hebrides in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. The Vikings gave it this name as its columnar basalt reminded them of their houses, which were built from vertically placed tree-logs. The island is entirely of volcanic origin. It lies about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) west of the Isle of Mull. The area is 33 hectares (0.13 sq mi).

British eco-pioneer Rishi Sowa began constructing his first Spiral Island in 1998. He used around 250,000 plastic bottles to build a 66x54ft (20x16m) island which was located in a lagoon near Puerto Aventuras, on the Caribbean coast of Mexico.Unfortunately, it was completely destroyed by Hurricane Emily in 2005, but not discouraged, he decided to build a new one: Spiral Island II!

This is a beach I’d love to go to. It is called Navagio. The beach is situated on Zakynthos Island and is considered one of the most famous beaches in Greece.
It is also called the Shipwreck because it is home to the wreck of the smuggler Scottish ship Panagiotis built in 1937 and crashed on the island in 1980.

This installation at the Coney Island arcade was created by artist Steve Powers. The purpose of the installation is to get people to think about interrogation techniques. For $1, a visitor can watch an animated robot lean over a man in an orange jumpsuit and pour water into his mouth and nose, which produces convulsions for 15 seconds.
