Here is a ranking of cities around the world with the highest quality of life. The ranking was made by the world's largest human resources consulting firm Mercer. Its "Quality of Living Index" has just recently been released. Mercer analyzed 450 cities across the world and established several criteria that helped to judge which cities qualify for the ranking.
