Way more intense and exciting than it sounds
This is John Calvo. He weighed 340lbs (154.5 kg) in April 2010. 3 years later (March 2013), he only weighed 165lbs (74.5 kg). That makes a loss of 175lbs (80 kg).
Meet 22-year-old Alex Ghica from Bucharest, Romania. He was overweight because of his addition to junk food and candy. But in the early 2010 he took a life-changing decision. The first photos of him were taken in January of 2010 when he weighed almost 256 pounds (116 kg) with 31% body fat. The later photos were taken in the end of July after his transformation where he weighs 187 pounds (85 kg) with only 14% body fat. He doesn’t want to look like a body builder, but he now exercises and only eats healthy and nutritious foods.
Ben’s weight was 358 pounds on January 1, 2009. But Ben had a life goal to lose extra pounds. So he started running and exercising. In 2009 Ben ran 983 miles, and by September 2010 he added to this number another 376 miles. In the middle of September 2010 he weighed 248 pounds. This means that in a year and a half Ben managed to lose 110 pounds in total. Excellent results!
