You’ve already heard about DamnHot.net website. I must tell, for some time we didn’t know what exactly we’re gonna do with it. Finally, we came up with an idea. We changed completely the way the site looks and its form. So, you should check it out, I’m sure you’ll like it.  As we have a lot of other pictures that are left out because they are too spicy for izismile, we figured why not to post them there. 36 brand new cars were supposed to be taken to the auto dealers, but didn’t make it to the marketplace. Fire caught a car transport with these vehicles on the highway in Chongqing, China, and completely destroyed 20 cars. 16 vehicles were severely damaged.

These are some of the 1,075 photographs taken by Taryn Simon who spent 5 days last year taking pictures of cargo seized or detained from express mail and passengers entering the USA from abroad at Kennedy airport. All the photos were shot for the project “Contraband”. Some of these counterfeit and prohibited items are weird, others are just hilarious.
