Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in NY featured over 40 balloon creations, 1,600 cheerleaders, 800 clowns and 27 floats this year. It’s not hard to imagine how astonished the crowd was to see this incredible holiday production.
This parade celebrates 65 years of reclusive rule by North Korea. The youngest son of Kim Jong il, Kim Jong-un, who is in the process of taking over as ruler is present to enjoy the festivities. There is also an amazing amount of people present to watch the parade.
Sydney inhabitants held a Swimwear Parade in honor of the International Guinness World Records day. It cost $50 to participate in the parade. Money raised will go to charity, namely to increase the education level of Australian Aborigines. More than 200 people attended the parade.
