Some things happen so fast they we can’t see the details. But high speed photography allows us discovering amazing events unnoticed in the blink of an eye. High speed photographers have their own techniques on how to freeze events in time, for example by using flash exposures that create a flash lasting just 1 microsecond or a millionth of a second. It’s very quickly! Inside this post you can find a photo collection of the best moments caught by high speed photographers.  Famous people have thousands of photos posted online, but these snap shots are so rare that you just can’t find them by searching. I have really enjoyed going through all these photos (many of them are black and white), so I hope you will like this collection of rare celebrity pictures as much as I did! A great collection of photos taken all over the world in February of this year.
 Here are the pictures of some iconic people that marked our spirits and history forever. First part: Rare Photographs of Celebrities (125 pics) John Travolta!  This technique is fascinating. It’s an amazing way of decomposing an action. As the thing you want to capture has to be in motion for the sequence photography to work, this technique is mostly used with sports. You’ll find here some great shots using this technique. Enjoy!  These photos are of the Viet Nam war and were taken by a combat photographer named Richard Calmes back in 1968 and 1969. Although there are some interesting photos in the group they serve to prove that war is hell.  It is rare when you find a pencil drawing artist, can make you wonder if the work is Photoshopped. But that is exactly what you will find in these photos. Take a look and see if you can tell whether the drawings in the post are real or Photoshopped. Keanu Reeves  Although these photos are remarkable in both their quality and beauty, they have not been done by using Photoshop. It just goes to show what a camera can do when it is in the hands of a good photographer. These are incredible shots taken by someone with real talent.   Ever notice how celebrities take such great photographs. It is a complete mystery if this phenomena is the result of the photographers ability or the amazing talent of the celebrities to know how to look and pose perfectly or a combination of the two but the results speak for themselves as these photos demonstrate. Regardless whether it is a glamour shot or just a shot of the celebrity doing something they do every day, they always seem to have the ability to be perfectly posed. Don’t you agree?  I’m always amazed by this kind of photography, it never gets old! America Online (AOL) proposed its readers to view the best pictures (to their taste) of astrophotography of 2009. It is the beauty that dazzles, I highly recommend you to take a look at it ;)  Those aerial shots from Klaus Leidorf are truly beautiful! These are works of photographer Kerry Skarbakka. He photographs himself falling out of windows, trees etc. In some of the pictures, security equipment is used, especially for heavy falling but for the others, it was just plain falls without any mattresses or security equipment.  Here’s a new set of macrophotography of bugs and different insects. House Spider  Aorta is composed of two Swedish photographers - Marco Grizelj and Kristian Krän. This duo principally makes advertising and fashion photography. Here is a great and big selection of their creative works. Enjoy!  You just need to see this. This is one of the most beautiful tilt-shift photography I’ve seen till now. Enjoy!  This stunning collection of vintage photos will take you into the past for a moment. Inexpressible atmosphere, black and white colors, a whole bunch of impressions. All this is waiting for you after the jump.  Underwater photographer Amos Nachoum managed to make unique shots. From a close distance, he photographed the "smiling" white shark. Or maybe it was the prototype of Bruce from the animated film Finding Nemo? ))  Those photos are truly beautiful.
