The whole ‘show’ lasted few seconds. Wildlife photographers were watching the bait for three hours in the Atlantic Ocean near Cape Town (South Africa), when at last, a great white shark weighing over two tonnes jumped out of the water for a few yards, catching its prey.
And the photographers could take a picture of this incredible jump, just the way they wanted.

Seven photographers were making the photo-project about Detroit for 5 years.
The whole 5 years they were taking pictures that show the evolving of the city.
Especially nowadays when not many people are satisfied of what Detroit is.
The pictures aim to uncover the city, not what it has been before or what it should be today, but simply the way it is.
Here are the names of photographers who took part in this project: Corine Vermeulen-Smith,
Mitch Cope, Clinton Snider, Mark Alor Powell, Antonio Gomez, Ingo Vetter, Scott Hocking.

Famous people try to have a perfect look. Everything is there to help them: stylists, visagistes, masseurs etc.
But still photographers, with their powerful cameras, can find all the small defects.

News stories about North Korea have been quite frequent recently, with their test launch of a rocket over Japan, withdrawal from nuclear disarmament talks coupled with a threat to restart their nuclear program, reports that their nuclear attack capabilities may be larger than previously thought - and their recent arrest and indictment of two U.S. reporters on its border with China. Even with all this attention, photographs from North Korea are still restricted and hard to come by. One way around that has been for photographers to peer inside from across the border, a pastime that has also spurred a level of curious tourism in both neighboring South Korea and China. Collected here are a some recent photographs, looking into reclusive North Korea from the outside - and some of the reactions these observations induce.

It’s the section 76 of the Counter Terrorism Act 2008 that made journalists to protest. The rights of the journalists risk to be even more eroded by aggressive cops.
It is formally outlawed to take and publish a photograph of someone who works for the police force, the intelligence services or the armed forces.
150 photographers gathered in front of Scotland Yard building and as a protest they took pictures of themselves, police building and police officers that were outside.
