Some of the most touching moments in the United States Presidents are shown in these photos taken by Charles Ommaney. It is sometimes difficult to remember that, like movie stars, some of the country’s greatest leaders are just people too. Look at the Russian president Dmitry Medvedev, it seems that he is very drunk (or maybe it's just a bad photo angle?) Then, look at how Barack Obama ignored the handshake of Silvio Berlusconi (or perhaps he did not notice it, who knows). ![]() Poor rural residents living near the railway tracks have developed an interesting means of transportation.
