Stupid Biker Intentionally Runs into Cyclist, Puts the Video on the Web (VIDEO)

This happened in London, near Buckingham Palace.

A biker ran into a cyclist while passing him, then blamed him saying he shouldn't be on the phone. Notice that the cyclist was riding in a bicycle lane.
