I don't think a tow boat will do much good for these boats stuck in the snow and ice. It's going to be the Spring Thaw before they're able to move!
This post shows that global warming is not a joke. But at the same time it is shown in a humorous way. It is so close that we have to do something about it! "Ice bears" are already in panic! ;)
