Markus Persson, aka Notch, the creator of Minecraft who is now a billionaire since he sold his company to Microsoft (in September for $2.5 billion), has purchased (apparently in cash) this mansion located in Beverly Hills, California, for the modest sum of 70 million dollars.
It's the most expensive house in Beverly Hills but hey, it's a good deal, this luxury mansion was originally on sale for $85 million!
They spotted this elderly couple making a withdrawal from the bank (for Christmas), followed them, distracted them to better steal (£700) from them.
I'll quote him: " I volunteered to be the student for a sword dancing lesson on a Fox Morning Show. When we entered the studio, there was no communication, and the hosts just threw to music. Here, I am, shirtless, in a turban, making up a dance on live TV. I have never belly danced before."
There wasn't much he could do, but he handled things like a boss anyway.
It's official now, Sony Pictures has decided, after hackers threatened to blow up movie theaters if 'The Interview' was released, to scrap its release plans.
