Meet Paul "PJ" James - personal fitness trainer and an Australian model.
To put himself into the shoes of those of his clients who are heavy, he decided to do an incredible thing. Having a bacon and chocolate milk diet, Paul got 40 kg of an extra weight.
He wants to cheer these guys up and pass the message that it is possible to lose weight. As soon as he reaches his goal - 120 kg, he will do exercises to get in shape.
That's the way he was before. And inside the post you will see him with extra 40 kg

mighty nice of him to do this but you can still see that he has the muscle mass under the layer of fat where as his real out of shape customers wouldn't have the luxury of having muscles..they would just be a blob of fat...

looks like he's preggers! and i agree with Ř", he's got the blessing of muscle, which most overweight people don't have! it'll be a lot easier to lose weight, but nice of him to do something like this anyway!(maybe he was just bored of seeing himself all buff and did it so he could see himself change?)

muscle or no muscle.. it is still hard to control and get in shape..
ask me .. i was over weight and it takes a lot of mind power and concentration to loose only an inch on your tummy..

Genetics plays a very small role. God I hate it when people use the genetics excuse, we are not all pre-despositioned to be fat. He gained weight by eating unhealthily like his clients. He has muscles still, because he worked out before. He would of course be flabby had he never worked out in his life...

He is just using his stomach muscles to push out his stomach. It's a little bit of weight gain but you can tell it's muscle control to push out his stomach. I can do that too. Nice bs trick for people who don't know better.
