Peng Shuilin had half of his body amputated after being run over by a truck. But he never gave up!
His recovery has amazed surgeons after almost two years undergoing a series of operations.
The vice-president of the hospital where this 37-year old Chinese man has been treated said: “He is amazing and the only person in the world to survive having so much of his body amputated.”
He’s doing well now and has opened his own bargain supermarket - called the Half Man-Half Price Store.
That’s incredible. It seems nothing can get him down…

Today we will look at how gold bars are made. They then are going into the national gold reserves of Russia.
You’ll see many gold bars. The markings say 99.99% which is the high purity gold bar.

Finnish Power Truck Show lasted just one day, and there were no tents, rock concert or fireworks... There were only about two dozens of painted vehicles from Finland and some others from the neighboring Sweden. The vehicles were customized and painted especially for this occasion.
However, there are no "show-trucks" that were built specially for the exhibition and are not functional. All of them are operational.
So check it out. There’s a lot to look at.

My brain exploded. On the one hand, these photorealistic sculptures look a little scary, but in anyway they are mega cool.
Most successful hyperrealistic sculptures were created by Ron Mueck, Evan Penny, Jamie Salmon, Duane Hanson, Sam Jinks and Adam Beane.

Photographer Matt Logue shows with his Empty L.A. photo project what the City of Angels would look like if it was totally people-less.
The photos were taken over a period of 4 years (he began in 2005) at different places of LA.
