An American left his bag in the car with a can of gas duster in it.
Therefore, after a few hours in the sun, it exploded.
The can made a hole in the bag and broke the windshield.

I’m always fascinated when I see the old pictures of something and then the recent ones, especially with cities. It gives a perception of history that passed by, the changes can clearly be seen, how the city evolved.
So, this time, let’s take a look at the city of London 60 years ago and its pictures from nowadays.

Everybody heard a lot about the quality of Chinese automotive industry, but there are also craftsmen who make all of this with their own hands.
Here are a few examples. And though it may all look absurd, these masters are doing a great job, at least they try to turn their dreams into reality.
Let's start with perhaps this car, as I understand it is the Chinese interpretation of a Hummer:

Burning Man is an eight-day annual event held in the Black Rock Desert, in Northern Nevada. It takes its name from the ritual burning of a large wooden effigy on Saturday evening. The event is described by many participants as an experiment in community, radical self-expression, and radical self-reliance.
The event was open from the last Monday in August until Labor Day (August 31st to September 7th 2009, so yesterday). In 2008, 49,599 people participated in Burning Man, in 1986, it was only 20 people on a small beach in San Francisco…
It is all about art, music and performance and this year, the theme was “Evolution”.

An interesting set of funky pictures.
The author clearly loves to represent the world in dark colors and he is doing it good.

This is incredible how many of materials are not used during the construction and just dumped as a trash. Dan Phillips finds such materials and uses them to build low budget houses. He has built fourteen homes and some of other materials he said he finds on the construction sites, trash heaps or on the side of the road.

At the San Diego Zoo, California, a little gorilla named Frank had his first birthday.

Very interesting idea and realisation. The idea is to recreate the old video games scenes from Lego.
Unfortunately, the author abandoned the project in 2006.

This selection contains various animals with their mouth wide open, whether they are yawning, communicating, attacking or anything else ))
