In any beauty contest, it is rather unusual for most of us to see the contestants dressed in Kimonos one minute and bikinis the next. However, in a Japanese beauty contest, that is exactly what they do. I suppose the equivalent would be to see the contestants in America dressed in business suits and then in bikinis. It illustrates how different countries have different beauty criteria. Nevertheless, I think it adds considerable class to the event. What do you think?

Meet Hugh Hefner, a father of Playboy magazine. He was born in 1926 and singlehandedly revolutionized the sex in magazine industry more than half a century ago. He left Esquire magazine in 1952 after being denied a $5 raise just to launch a world famous magazine. Its first issue featured Marilyn Monroe. He has been listed as one of the 50 most powerful people in porn. Since then he has opened numerous Playboy clubs around the world and now an 84-year-old-man who resides in a mansion in Los Angeles, California with three girlfriends.

It is truly amazing what can be built with Legos. From the Roman Coliseum to The Pyramid of Giza, someone has built every famous structure in the world out of these amazing building blocks. This collection of Lego buildings comes from all four corners of the earth. They may have been for children when they were first introduced but not anymore.
When times are tough, the tough get creative. We have already posted photos of a Heart Attack Grill using nurses as waitresses and now a restaurant in Taipei, Taiwan uses with a hospital theme and some very attractive “nurses” to bring the “patients” their “prescriptions”. It would appear that the customers are all enjoying themselves, don’t you agree? I think I would certainly enjoy a meal there myself.
Some Russian sailors who were serving on submarines have noticed that Polar Bears prefer to eat bread. In fact, as depicted in these photos, they like it enough that they are willing to risk their lives jumping from one piece of ice to another in an effort to get close to the submarine so they can beg for more bread. Who’da thunk it?
