@ SuperMilow (post #1) when you are talking about extents, you must use the word "too", not "to".
E.g. "this soda is _too_ cold", "it's _too_ hot for a sweater today", "I am _too_ old to jump over the fence" and so on.
"to" is used as a reference to destination or action:
"I am going _to_ the park", "I am going _to_ smack this guy who is giving me a grammar lesson", etc
