I've got to disagree with this list. You just picked examples of people who don't know how to properly pull off the look. I knew people (and still know some) who look great with perms, lines in hair, overalls and chain watches.
Hair trends are more forgivable than some these 'fashion' trends.
Good, fashionable shoes and clothes from 50 years ago still translate today. A good cut lasts a lifetime. Crocs have already entered the shoe museum... so it's too late. Wear them while you're gardening - not when you're out and about.
