Agreed, Deepuniverse, there's not too much strange here (compared with what you'll find at markets). I'm more disturbed by what I've seen in American supermarkets - spray cheese for example!
chinese people eat anything... It was said that they were cannibals until recently or the government just stopped those leaks with the great wall of china(firewall)...
I think Id need some stomach medicine or specialist to cook those foods, the hygiene level seems bit different than what my immune system is used to dealing with... I mean, people are just digging a pile of meat with their bare hands? And then I go and take one piece there and eat it..
