I like this. From the runway to the red carpet. Not the most outlandish dresses, but there are a few that look less than fabulous. Gwyneth Paltrow looks awkwardly bunchy in that Victoria Beckham sack dress.
Is it just me or is Diane Kruger wearing the dress... um, backwards?
one the whole, those dresses are horrible (with the exception of the white Altuzarra, which is a classic design)and look horrible on both the models and celebs.
Those models have the proportions of comic book girls: 1 to 8, head to height ratio. So their heads are usually smaller than average, and the legs are longer than average.
This head-to-height difference jumps out to be so obvious when comparing the runway models to the women who wear the stuff.
Stuart Mackenzie: Look at the size of that girl's heed. Tony Giardino: Shhh! Stuart Mackenzie: I'm not kidding, it's like an orange on a toothpick. Tony Giardino: Shhh, you're going to give the girl a complex. Stuart Mackenzie: Well, that's a huge noggin. That's a virtual planetoid.

Looks waaay better on real woman.

just the models are sickly skinny
Model: No boobs, no curves
Actress: Boobs, some with actual curves

Someone please force-feed sandwiches to those models.
