This must be in America. There is a tendency to never fully or properly till it is to late like the levy in new Orleans or the oil spill in the gulf both times they where told something bad is going to happen yet nothing is done til it is to late, And yes they knew about the danger and potential problem that was going to happen , but they cut corners to save money and this happened right after. I am an American and am sad to say so I will start claiming my German heritage my grandparents came from there and my moms is mostly Cherokee Indian. What a world. n_sad

You would really claim yourself as a Native American before you would an American??? They are a lot like most African Americans, they are still complaining about something that happened a couple hundred years ago and think the rest of the world has to make up for it.
