Simple design, but I know it would drive me crazy having that little notch on the side. I don't keep cups with cracks and that looks too much like an imperfection to me.

ejty and msmith40 have it right, for cups - tuck the tab under your cup, for teapots, around the handle. ^_^

This way, you can’t loose the string of the teabag in the hot water of the mug anymore. How convenient is that?

Sure, it’s just solving what we can barely call a problem, but hey, it’s better than nothing… :)
