Yeah,real century eggs is tasty and delicious and beautiful. in this post,i think them just fake the century eggs by some egg mold used some garbage stuff.

That dog had a lucky escape also in the 3rd pic there is a fly thats going after green bubble gum instead of the dead chicks. Must be really bad if flys are not interested.

Duck eggs are mainly used to prepare this dish. It is made by preserving duck eggs in a mixture of clay, ash, salt, lime, and rice hulls for several weeks to several months, depending on the method of processing. Through the process, the yolk becomes a dark green, cream-like substance with a strong odor of sulphur and ammonia, while the white becomes a dark brown, transparent jelly with little flavor.

Century eggs can be eaten without further preparation, on their own or as a side dish.

As for me, I don’t know, maybe it is tasty… but I’d rather try fake Chinese eggs than this brownish horror…
