just to quibble, in a lot of those movies, the actresses above are actually not playing men- they are playing women who disguise themselves as men for a time.

Credits to Hillary Swank, and Hillary Swank alone. On all the others (including Katharine Hepburn) you can see female features... Btw, Felicity Huffman was brilliant in Transamerica, she should be on this list..
