The second productive/work-"hack" is false. It does actually work in the opposite way. The more people you include in your goal, the less likely you are to actually doing something to accomplish that goal, because if you tell someone about the goal, your mind thinks you already ARE doing something to reach your goal. Thus making it less likely for you to actually do the work necessary to reach the goal.

doesn't work for guys... don't use hangers (only floor, chair etc.)
doesn't work for girls... they have to try on a minimum of 12 dresses (per occasion)
in which case all the hangers get mixed up
about one tip was actually useful, but most were ass-backwards in terms of useful productivity.

Also the straight to floor and WC splashing are helpful
