what actually is unsafe here? where do you have so much heat coming from ca 13W fluorescent lamp? it's very cool idea and imho it's perfectly safe,, no loose wires, lamp attachment is ok, plastic spoon idea is great

yes, that is VERY unsafe, even for lamp with small watt, the heat can melt it.
