#16 is romania :))

Go on to Google Earth and zoom in near Moscow, and youll see the longest traffic jam in the world!!! it has about 100 km in total on all roads. All that, because of a presideantial convoy passing under a huge Highway.

and yes #16 is in Romania, near where I live, CLuj :p
