So are Alec Baldwin and Val Kilmer. Aging naturally has its benefits. For one thing, you don't end up looking like a freak after too much plastic surgery.

Alec Baldwin and Val Kilmer, they just got fat .. its not plastic surgery. Too bad, they were both handsome 10-15 years ago.
Mickey Roorke had a interesting/weird change of looks. Nice to see him clean (as in drug free) and acting again.

Mickey Rourke was actually boxing when he quit acting. The results that we see now is the only thing that plastic surgeons were able to come up with putting his face together. However he is a great actor and he has a great body.
As for Alex and Val - imho Val is still the sexiest. And he is lucky to have many things to be respected for, not just great looks.

Is there any way I can avoid getting fat when I get old? I exercise ever day and rarely eat meat...is that enough?

And to be fair, I'd like to see some of men & women who have aged well too. I just saw a magazine with Cher on the cover...she's like 65 or something and still pretty hot.

Ian Thorpe, whooever he is, went from bad to good. Brendan, Russell Crowe, Richard Gere and Pierce all clean up when they have movies to do.
