These arents Marihuanna sigarets, thats how we in holland smoke joints.
in the bottom is a small tip so you can inhale bigger amount of smoke but the weed/tobacco dosn't fall in your mouth.

Good for health I am a licensed patient and cannot eat without it. It has 0% chance of causing cancer and is known for slowing down some cancers and tumors in lungs brain etc, also it works great for many kinds of pain as well, but the munchies are never healthy i guess lol.

I thought that in the USA they do not use tips (the filter thingy) in joints and also no sigarette tobacco. In the movies you always see those small, pure weed, dirty looking things with which you have to use roach clip to be able to smoke all of it.
