The church has already signed up 56 Bishops and 66 priests that met in Maryland last weekend for a 2 day training session to become exorcism certified. Is the church so inundated that they need to train more men to do the esoteric rite.

Before last weekend only 5 or 6 priests in the United States could perform this rite and the Bishop Paprocki stated. He goes on to state that each diocese should have its own exorcist.
