French are the best! Look at the Americans, TONES of sugar, carbohydrates, processed flour and fructose. Eating all that crap, clogging their arteries and being a fat fuck all around but surprisingly with enough energy to mock the french on their smoking habit.

The swedish one is pretty stereotypical. While a lot of swedes do have coffee and hardbread (knäckebröd) for breakfast it's hardly the norm to put herring on there. That's only for holidays and such.
I'd say it's more of a split between bread and coffee and cereal with hardbread on the side.
