Mourners arrive to light candles under a giant cross at Pilsudski Square in Warsaw, Poland, in memory of late Polish President Lech Kaczynski on April 11, 2010. Kaczynski, his wife Maria and leading members of the Polish military and government were killed when the presidential plane they were traveling in crashed while attempting to land at Smolensk, Russia on April 10th. The delegation was on its way to attend memorial services for the thousands of Polish military officers murdered by the Soviets during World War II at Katyn.

You just made a copy-paste of this article without mentioning the origin of the pics. Adding a few photographs to make an "original" article is ridiculous.
Anyway, these pictures are NOT free of use, they are copyrighted material that you aren't allowed to reproduce. This article has nothing to do with fair use, it's indubitably a copyright infringement. Adding a simple small credit link doesn't change it.
A few days ago you cried about other sites taking "your" pictures. Now you're not only doing the exact same thing but also you're doing it illegally. Shame on you.
I didn't realize that even the captions are copied! But you suck so much that you kept the captions and remove the complete credits added to each picture!
It's not only illegal but also seriously lame. It has nothing to do with fair use, you just suck big time on this one. You really deserve being sued...
