ABC has decided to write two popular soap operas out of their program line up for life. The studio announced on Thursday that the fictional towns of Pine Valley and Llanview will cease to exist with the cancellation of All My Children and One Life to Live. AMC’s last episode will air in December while OLTL will end in January 2012. Producers promise a satisfying conclusion to both soaps’ legacies.
