pic 20 is from the crimean war, and is showing cannonballs on the ground after a bombardement

Pics 16 and 17 show the soviets raising the hammer and sickle flag over the destroyed reichschancellory in 1945. Pic17 is the original untouched photo. The reason it was altered was because the guy helping has two watches, one on each wrist and the soviet authorities worried this might lead people to think the soviet army had been looting, grave robbing etc so they had one of the watches painted out.

They wouldn't do that would they? ;)
