The relation beetween body and mind are multiple, being a health freak as you say is also good for the mind, so i don't see the problem. But this is probably coming from a fat ass american who doesn't want to face the fact that his life will be miserable when he ages. come on you know i'm probably right.

Dayum most of 'em lost all that weight just to be fat slobs! And look at that hanging skin from the lot of 'em. Nasty. Only a few look ok. They better stay that way too. Gaining & losing weight over & over again takes a huge toll. That's what happens when you let yourself go.

Those changes in their bodies are a result of hard, hard work and a great change in diet, and I think we should acknowledge the work they have done to change their lifes around :D
