Life dealt Garcelle Beauvais a nasty hand when she discovered her husband was having an affair and now with the divorce finalized, the actress is ready to put that painful episode behind her and move full speed onto better things. Beauvais told USA Today that although she is learning to make lemonade out of the lemons she got, her biggest disappointment is she doesn’t get to see her fraternal twin boys daily now that she has to share them with her ex husband. The actress also revealed that she is still coping with the death of her mother saying she often finds herself reaching for the phone to call her mother only to realize she can no longer answer. Beauvais adds however that the upside to dealing with all the speed bumps in her life is they have taught her to be in the present and not worry so much about what she should have done or what she is going to do. The actress will next be seen in a new series – Franklin & Bash.
