In germany a lot of people died because of a virus what was traced back to cucumbers.

Just mentioning before others think Europe just got afraid of a vegetable for no reason.

this is a little bit fail news. People have been told not to eat cucumbers only in Germany. And for a few days we have already known that it isn't the cucumbers, it's some bacteria from raw meat that has killed some people.

This reminds me of the fact that american people think Europe as a one country where they speak europian and don't eat cucumbers. :)

This is bullshit. It happens only in Germany where till now 25 persons died because of bacteria which (probably) is in some cucumbers. We in Poland (just next to Germany) eat cucumbers and nobody afraids of any diseases.

Jep, we in Holland on the other side of Germany we eat them too, no problemo!

Some guy said bs, i listened to the news on noon and the reasons for the infection of the bacteria wasn't determined just yet. Now then, some people stopped eating cocumber in france, cause they are dumbass. I personnaly don't fancy it, but my family eat some just like before. This is an exemple on how fear drive people and how little reason have a place in nowdays society

Here in Spain we eat cucumbers and all kind of vegetables, no problems.
