You forgot to add a monument of neutrality in Ashgabat (Turkmenistan) which is 185 meters tall.

The Great Pyramid of Giza is the most important in this top because important is technologie!!! Imagine engineers then and those now ... and the architects ... and the workers ... and the techologies and the problems from the yard!!!
