technically he was wearing a harness and the excavator could easily balance his weight. How else are you going to get that off? A crane could be struck by the falling debris.

Not any nuttier then Korean construction workers that I saw during my tours of duty in the ROK. Those guys are definitely insane.

A Chinese construction worker hopped inside of this small excavator’s scoop to attempt to dislodge a piece of debris on the side of the building. Unfortunately for him they were at least eight or more stories up, but somehow he managed to hang on and not fall to his death.
