Not Poland - on the video you can see red/white intersection sign, and after a while blue/white sign with the directions to nearby cities. In Poland these signs are black/yellow and green/white respectively. Looking at the secon sign you could also see that this is not a polish alphabet, so my guess would be a little more east. Fabia and Nexia matches perfectly though! :)
