Well I guess I don't have to spend the weenked figuring this one out!
This year’s 23rd annual award winner is a 14-year-old Chinese crested and Chihuahua mix. His name is Yoda and when his owner first found him she thought he was a rat. He weighs a total of 2lbs today and he and his owner live in Hanford, CT.
