This 154 year old hand-written document was sold for $1.42 million dollars and is the world’s oldest soccer rule book. It was sold at Sotheby’s in London as part of an archive of Sheffield FC. The money raised from the auction will go to pay for the Sheffield FC Soccer Club. The rule book includes many of the innovations that are still a part of modern soccer games.
