Some things can happen only in particular countries. These are weird, funny or unusual moments captured in Russia.

Despite the death of 20 people, most were not harmed by Hurricane Irene, and instead had some fun with the storm. From surfing and boogie boarding to dancing in the rain and floating down water filled streets, many took advantage of the plentiful water.
