The Hotel Kakslauttanen is located in the Arctic Circle of Finland. It’s amid the beautiful Lapland scenery near the Urho Kekkonen National Park. In the wintertime, this village offers many different accommodations that are unique, the most unique of all are the 20 glass igloo rooms that are available for rent.
I’d like to have all of them for all the occasions. They look great!
This hotel is one of the many abandoned in Japan. It was closed in 1995-1996. The hotel has seven floors including a large dining room, with an adjacent kitchen. It had accommodations for 200 guests and 40 rooms, which have a strong spirit of the 80s.
All kinds of people, young and old, gather at this Cell Phone Throwing Contest that are held in Finland. This is yet another use for the invaluable cell phone.
