it doesnt always have to be flashy, maybe its on a good side of the country or maybe he likes the cozy peaceful cliche house setup. Thing is, if your that rich, you can afford to buy what you've always really wanted. i know folks from my country that buys islands as investments and has lambos and other luxury cars..but rolls around town in a normal ford van just because they find it really really comfortable.
