Actually, those ads got a bit frowned upon here, in France. The RATP (Paris' public transports company) has a great record of strikes, technical problems, delays and poor hygiene and security in the stations (sorry for any language mistakes). It was seen a bit as customer = animals, and asking people to make efforts when they don't. They launched this ad campaign just after a several-days strike. About 8 million people use their transports every day in the city.
