to answer all your question, if he's really banksy, local police might have him in their wanted list for all the graffity he made. might not be jailed, but if i'm banksy, i wouldn't want the local police to put a hefty fine on me either... so i wouldn't tell anyone that im banksy... but i don't know if this priest here is really banksy...

He's made his street art all over the world, and even made a public exposition in LA or something (with an elephant that shocked ppl) so I guess he's not that wanted. However, it could be anyone here.
