God I hate pictures like 1, 88, and 89. I've been a professional photographer for 33 years; it's called a focus, and only talentless hipster douchebags who think they're photographers because they bought an SLR take them. They're terrible photographers and can't bring together a decent composition to save their life, but they still desperately want to feel special. So bam, out of focus rain on a window...
Just stop.
