I wholeheartedly disagree with New Vegas being anywhere near this list. I was one of the chumps who bought it on its release date, and what I got was a horribly broken pile of garbage that was rushed out and rendered unplayable due to it's bugs until several updates later. That isn't a game, that's a pre-alpha tech demo.

Where is Battlefield 3? Uncharted 3? Forza 4? Batman? Saints Row 3?

I think these game are all better than assasins creed!

On of the best over looked games is Sniper Ghost Warrior for the Xbox, I honestly love that game.
