#52 & #53 flooding in and around Bangkok
Just thought I should write another wee post about the flood waters that are currently surrounding Bangkok and threatening to march right through the city. I'd say the most common element that everyone shares right now is stress; mental fatigue. The whole city is on edge - you can feel it.

My wife is all flip out. W have been on the list for the last ten days but no flooding yet. We check the canal behind the house twice a day. the water is riasing but it's still control drainage ...

#7 is from Centralia Pennsylvania which has an underground cole mine fire that will burn for years and years and years and years..its also the town that was portrayed in the silent hill movie. it was evacuated years ago, but its good to see that the residents that did decide to stay have their priorities in check..
